JFS Properties
Mozambique’s growth and development over the past decade has brought new business opportunities. JFS properties was created in the beginning of the millennium, with the aim of optimizing and professionalizing the real estate assets held by the João Ferreira dos Santos Group.
The company is mainly dedicated to real estate development. It owns real estate and projects for sale and lease from north to south of the country, with a focus on the regions of greatest economic growth (Maputo, Beira, Tete, Nampula, Nacala and Pemba).

New project
JFS Corporate TOWER
The JFS Corporate Tower project has a gross construction area of 16,528 m² above ground. Developed in two towers of 14 floors and a shopping center.
On the ground floor is the commercial gallery, and above there are four floors of parking. The remaining floors are for offices area, which enjoy a panoramic view of Maputo Bay and downtown.
