JFS Properties

    JFS Properties belongs to the João Ferreira dos Santos Group. Its activity focuses on real estate development from the design phase, through construction to commercialization, thus ending its cycle. It currently owns properties in almost all provinces of Mozambique, its experience is based, namely in the development of residential projects and retails parks. Being the pillar of a country’s sustained development, we also have an experienced, multifaceted team prepared for constant challenges from customers.

    At the moment, the construction of a 16,000m² office and commercial building is taking place in Maputo city. We also have projects in the provinces of Cabo Delgado and Nampula in the format of retail parks.
