The JFS Corporate Tower project has a gross construction area of 16,528 m² above ground. Developed in two towers of 14 floors and a shopping center. JFS Tower was developped in a joint venture with Mota-Engil and Finnish Fund Taaleri Real Estate.
On the ground floor is the commercial gallery, and above there are four floors of parking. The remaining floors are for offices area, which enjoy a panoramic view of Maputo Bay and downtown.

Located at Rua do Bagamoyo, one of the main streets in the city of Maputo, between Praça dos Trabalhadores and Praça 25 de Junho, close to the port of Maputo, Mozambique’s Railways, banks, various restaurants.
